My story
#strengths #changes #beyourself #performance
While working as a HR manager and coach, I very often noticed how there were tensions in people and in the teams when they constantly focused on what is not working, what is not good, seeing weaknesses instead of strengths and looking for problems instead of solutions. And I have to admit that I noticed the same thought pattern in myself. Gallup Strengthsfinder helped me to shift my own thoughts about myself and fully embrace myself who I am and this is the reason why I want to share it also with others. I can honestly say that by focusing on my strengths, I am more confident, I overthink less and realize myself more. I know from my own experience and based on research that a strengths-based and solution-oriented approach helps individuals, teams and organizations to be more productive and effective, and therefore I want to share all this with others.
My experience
#20+yearsofleadershipexpereinece #ceo #chro #coach#trainer
I have long-term practical management experience (20+ years) in both the private and public sectors. I have founded several companies, including successfully selling one of them to an international corporation. I have held the position of CEO for over 10 years, from where I decided to move into a field closer to my heart, i.e. people development and HR management. I have been a HR manager at Estonian Energy, the Police and Border Guard Board, and the Hilton Hotel. Today I am a full-time coach and trainer. I have a master’s degree in organizational behavior and I have completed the main coach training according to the AoEC Academy program, and I am also a certified Gallup strengths coach, Ericson team coach and systemic coaching (coaching constellations) practitioner. I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation.
My values
#development #curiosity #holistic #resultorientation #empowerment
I value learning and development and results-orientation and positive reinforcement. I have a natural curiosity, which I use in coaching sessions to discuss your topics without judgment. I start from a holistic point of view and make sure that you reach a result with the process that helps you. I am an empowering partner for you, in order for you to find the strength to make the necessary changes and decisions.
My strengths
#learner #connectedness #relator #ideation #futuristic #activator #responsibility
According to CliftonStrengths my top strengths are: learner, connectedness, relator, ideation, futuristic, activator and responsibility. I am a dedicated self-developer, new knowledge inspires me. I am a good communicator, I see the big picture and connect the necessary people or topics together. I value authentic and deep relationships – they give me a deeper sense of being human. I get energy by exchanging ideas with like-minded people and drawing future plans. I influence other people through activation – how to proceed, what are the next steps – those are important questions for me so that plans do not remain just plans. I have a high sense of responsibility – if we have agreed on something, then these things can be considered done.
