Aili Nurmeots, PCC, a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, is a coach for leaders and teams, as well as a leadership trainer. Her areas of expertise include strengths-based leadership, coaching-style leadership, and team development. Aili helps foster greater trust and collaboration within teams to achieve better results, while also supporting leaders in their daily work and the challenges they face.

Ruti Einpalu
Ruti Einpalu, PCC, is a leadership coach and trainer, as well as a former senior executive with diverse experience. She has held leadership positions at Hansapank and the Estonian Drama Theatre and served as the first head of the Arvo Pärt Centre. Ruti focuses on neuroleadership. Her areas of particular interest include challenging conversations—ranging from performance reviews and feedback sessions to leadership development programs.
